Included to the most recent release of Share Trade Tracker v3.1.4 was a new feature to upload trade data directly from an Interactive Broker CSV file download.
That feature is not working for some users as the format of the CSV file is not as expected by the upload trade routine in Share Trade Tracker.
The expected file format should include 13 columns, but for some users on 12 columns were being exported which results in an upload error.
The CSV file should contain the following column headings for a valid upload
The last column was being automatically included for some users and not others.
The XLAutomation support team is working on a resolution to this issue and should release a fix soon
As a workaround users can edit the CSV file and included the expected columns in the order listed above and the upload will work
The final column “Clearing” that is missing for some users does not need to have any values.
