Support Plan

Help when you need it! As a part of every XLAutomation consulting project a (1) month period of support is included. After that period you have the option to take out a Support Plan which provides coverage for your existing workbook and discounted consulting rates for any future enhancements or improvements you may wish to make.

Support Request

You can access our Support Team via our Support Request form. We aim to respond to all questions within 24 hours. If you can provide as much information as you can as this will assist us in answering your question or solving the problem. 

Knowledge Base

Our Knowledge Base powered by Freshdesk is a place to find answers to frequently asked questions, search for solutions to known issues or submit a new support ticket, and our team will respond with an answer to your question. 


The Forum is a community of XLAutomation website visitors that are subscribed to one of our spreadsheet products or who we have done Excel Consulting work for. You can use the Forum to ask a question or make a suggestion on a product or service. You may receive answers from a member of the XLAutomation Support Team or the user community.
